Grace (Charity worker)

I have always struggled with school, work and personal life and never really understood why. In the last couple of years I started to see more information on ADHD and started to suspect I might have this. I am now on the waiting list for a diagnosis and in the mean time trying to live as if I do have it to try and access help and support. I have found many ways of managing the daily struggle however wanted  support and any further information that might make life a bit easier – so when I saw my workplace offering this coaching it sounded perfect.

Initially I thought the coaching would mainly aid me in this charity job role, however I found that it was very helpful to navigate how to manage everyday life. I struggle finding balance in things I need to do and things I want to do, and often finding motivation can be a struggle. The coaching helped to strip everything back to basics and find clarity where to focus my energy and attention, especially when in a state of overwhelm. There were some really useful tools and techniques that I will be able to use in my own time going forward, such as prioritisation and organisation. I found the ADHD models useful in clearly explaining how I function and thus able to explain to others the areas where I struggle and excel.

I would highly recommend anyone to work with Lucy seeking help with their ADHD, she is warm and kind. The sessions were well guided and self led, and Lucy always had useful tools to share in which ever topic we covered. I felt extremely comfortable to share sometimes quite vulnerable personal information with her. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lucy and will be taking forward the things I have learnt with her.

Ben Rendle, Regional Manager, Macular Society

I had the privilege of working with Lucy as my ADHD coach, and I cannot recommend her enough. Lucy has been instrumental in helping me develop effective strategies to manage my ADHD, making a significant difference in both my personal and professional life. Thanks to her guidance, I now feel much more confident in handling the challenges I face, but also in openly discussing them with friends and colleagues. This has led to better understanding and support from those around me, which has been incredibly valuable.

What sets Lucy apart is her supportive and tailored approach. She took the time to understand my unique needs and made sure each session was focused on my goals. Her commitment to creating a safe and encouraging space for growth made all the difference. If you are considering coaching for ADHD or simply looking for a more structured way to manage your daily life, I highly recommend Lucy. She is an outstanding coach who truly cares about her clients’ success.

Ruth Davey, Founder and Co-Director of Look Again

“Working with Lucy came at just the right time. I was looking for guidance on business growth and leadership, including exploring a co-leadership model, while also learning how to embrace and manage life with a recent ADHD diagnosis. Lucy was thoughtful, patient, and practical – helping me celebrate my strengths, manage challenges, and make important decisions with more clarity. The support I received continues to be valuable months later, and I’m very grateful for her insight and encouragement.”
